Seal My Record and Expunctions

Congratulations! You’ve either gotten your case dismissed or you have completed your deferred adjudication or straight probation. This is a huge relief to you and you’ve been through countless probation visits, classes, and potentially hundreds of hours of community service. But there’s still work to be done!

Finishing your case does not automatically clear your record. Depending on how your case ended, you may be entitled to an expunction that erases the case entirely, or a petition for non-disclosure that seals it from background checks. Call the firm and we will tell you which one applies to you.
